Description
L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Le Titulaire est chargé d'assurer, l'approvisionnement en énergie, la production de chaleur à partir de la chaufferie centrale (mix énergétique Biomasse et Fioul Domestique) et sa distribution jusqu'aux points de livraison (sous-stations). La finalité du marché est de garantir aux abonnés du réseau une fourniture d'énergie thermique compétitive, continue, répondant à leurs besoins de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire (ECS), tout en optimisant la performance énergétique globale des installations. Les prestations incluent la maintenance technique des équipements, l'achat des combustibles, le renouvellement des matériels ainsi que la réalisation de travaux d'amélioration visant à assurer la pérennité du patrimoine communal
