L'élaboration du schéma directeur vise à répondre aux objectifs énoncés ci-après, dans le respect de la règlementation en vigueur, et notamment : - De la Directive Cadre sur les Eaux Résiduaires Urbaines (DERU) et l'arrêté du 21 juillet 2015 modifié relatif aux systèmes d'assainissement collectifs et aux installations d'assainissement non collectifs ; - Du SDAGE Loire Bretagne (2022-2027) ; - L'article L-2224-10 du CGCT. La mission se décompose en 4 phases et 5 PSE obligatoires (le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve le droit de retenir ou non la/les PSE au moment de l'attribution du marché). Le détail et objectifs des missions sont spécifiés au CCTP. Les livrables ainsi que leurs conditions de présentation sont également indiqués au CCTP. Le prestataire devra assurer la cohérence entre les phases, garantir la qualité des livrables, et faire preuve de disponibilité et réactivité tout au long de la mission.
