La commune d'Herblay-sur-Seine souhaite confier à un aménageur, dans le cadre d'une concession d'aménagement, l'aménagement du projet de l'Epinémerie sur la commune d'Herblay-sur-Seine. Le périmètre de la concession correspond au périmètre de la ZAC de l'Epinémerie. Il comprend 94 parcelles, représentant une surface totale d'environ 157 205 m².
