Le marché consiste en des missions de maîtrise d’œuvre et d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage pour le projet de renforcement de l’intégration acoustique de la traversée urbaine de Tours entre l’échangeur de Sainte-Radegonde (PR205.000) et celui de Saint-Avertin (PR210.270). Cet aménagement consiste en : - La création de nouveaux écrans acoustiques (env. 6 000 m²), la déconstruction d’écrans existants (env. 2 200 m²) et la reconstruction d’écrans réhaussés (env. 3 400m²) - Le traitement de façade des bâtiments (env. 40 habitations individuelles et 420 appartements). Le marché comporte deux lots : • Lot n°1 - A10 – Traversée de Tours - Création d’écrans acoustiques - Maîtrise d’œuvre principale et assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage – Phases conception et réalisation • Lot n°2 - A10 – Traversée de Tours - Traitement de façades - Maîtrise d’œuvre principale et assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage – Phases conception et réalisation
