Accord-cadre : - à marchés subséquents ; - multi-attributaire : attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) ; - sans minimum. La consultation est fondée sur une consommation annuelle maximum (MWh/an) établie au moyen d’une majoration de +30% de la quantité facturée en 2025 (annexe(s) du CCP).
