Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation d'une étude intégrée multi-aléas portant sur les inondations en contexte urbain littoral,au stade faisabilité/pré-dimensionnement. L'étude doit permettre de caractériser, comparer et hiérarchiser des solutions de réduction du risque tenant compte simultanément du ruissellement urbain, de la submersion marine temporaire, de la submersion chronique, des interactions avec les réseaux d'eaux pluviales et des contraintes d'exploitation, puis d'alimenter une lecture socio-économique de type analyse cout bénéfice dans la perspective des arbitrages du maître d'ouvrage. Il s'agit d'une mission de cadrage technique, de comparaison de variantes, d'identification de niveaux de service et de protection pertinents, d'estimation d'ordres de grandeur de coûts et de préparation d'un programme d'actions hiérarchisé dans la perspective d'un 3ème Programme d'Action de Prévention des Inondations (PAPI) à l'horizon 2030 incluant ces travaux et un plan de…
