Description
L'accord-cadre concerne des prestations de maintien en conditions opérationnelles du poste électrique 225 kV. Le poste de 225 kV permet d'assurer la fourniture des tensions 20 kV puis 15 kV pour l'ensemble du site de DGA Essais propulseurs et la tension 400 V pour les servitudes du poste. Le projet d'accord-cadre comporte des prestations de maintenance préventive et corrective annuelles ou ponctuelles ainsi que des prestations de modifications et d'évolution des installations. Le titulaire mettra en place la solution adaptée pour assurer le management du contrat. Le présent marché est soumis à la procédure avec négociation conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 113-1, L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1 et R. 2361-8 à 12 du Code de la commande publique (CCP).
