Description
Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter du 1er janvier 2027 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027, sous réserve de la notification préalable du marché. A défaut, il sera conclu à compter de ladite notification, jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027. Il est tacitement reconductible 3 fois par périodes d'un an, dans la limite de 4 ans au total. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires dans les limites suivantes indiquées à l'acte d'engagement : 4000 euros HT minimum pour un an et 30 000 euros maximum pour un an, soit 16 000 euros HT minimum et 120 000 euros maximum pour la totalité du contrat. Le contrat prévoit la possibilité de confier ultérieurement au titulaire du marché un ou plusieurs marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires
