Description
Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification ou du 1er janvier 2027, la date retenue étant la plus tardive des deux. Sa durée d'exécution est fixée à douze (12) ans et s'achève, en tout état de cause, le 31 décembre 2038. Le présent marché fait l'objet d'une décomposition en deux (2) lots géographiques défini à l'article 2.1. du Règlement de Consultation. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les candidats peuvent présenter une offre pour un lot ou l'ensemble des lots du présent marché. Aucune limitation du nombre de lots susceptibles d'être attribués à un même candidat n'est fixée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix mixtes
