Description
Les prestations comprises dans ce marché sont : fabrication, transport et mise en oeuvre de grave émulsion et bétons bitumineux à l'émulsion pour la réalisation de reprofilages et renforcements pleine largeur ou en rives et de revêtements sur diverses sections du réseau routier départemental. Les prestations seront effectuées sur le territoire du Département de la Charente-Maritime et sont réparties en deux lots et ont pour objet: Lot 1: Agence d'Echillais et de Jonzac Lot 2: Agence de Saint-Jean d'Angely et de Marennes. Cet accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande avec maximum annuel fixé à 2 000 000 euros HT pour le lot 1, 2 000 000 euros HT pour le Lot 2 est conclu à compter du 01.01.2027 ou de sa date de notification si postérieure, jusqu'au 31.12.2027. Cet accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an.
