Description
Le Département souhaite disposer d'une plateforme de visionnage connectée de points stratégiques de son réseau routier permettant un suivi en temps réel du trafic. L'outil permettra notamment de doter les agents d'un outil mobile de supervision des sites équipés et de partager les informations routières au grand public. Procédure de passation : Appel d'offres ouvert (Article R.2124-2 1° - Code de la commande publique). La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois à compter de la date de notification du marché et est reconductible 3 fois.
