L'accord-cadre porte sur le renouvellement d'une infrastructure virtualisée critique, intégrant des serveurs, un système de stockage virtualisé, des composants réseaux spécialisés, ainsi que des prestations associées incluant de la maintenance. La consultation donne lieu à l'établissement d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi attributaires (3 maxi) fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles avec pour montant minimum annuel : 0 euro(s) HT, montant maximum pour la Communauté urbaine : 2 000 000 euro(s) HT et 400 000 euro(s) HT Pour la ville du Havre. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. Il sera reconductible tacitement trois (3) fois pour une période d'un an, soit une durée globale maximum de quatre (4) ans.
