L'entreprise souhaite réaliser une étude de marché afin d'identifier, comparer et évaluer les solutions logicielles de la gestion administrative et de la paie disponibles sur le marché. Cette démarche vise à sonder les solutions du marché adaptées aux besoins actuels. Les fournisseurs qui souhaitent manifester leur intérêt dans le cadre du présent avis d'information devront envoyer une présentation de leur produit à l'adresse courriel générique suivante : dteo-cedid-solrh-sirh@edf.fr. Une expression de besoin ainsi qu’un cadre de réponse seront communiquées en retour via cette même BAL (après la signature d’un accord de confidentialité qui vous sera fourni). Un retour via ce cadre de réponse est attendu au plus tard pour le 15/10/2026. Lesdits fournisseurs seront ensuite éventuellement sollicités pour un dialogue technique.
