Description
Location longue durée, sans chauffeur, d'une balayeuse aspiratrice de voirie sur le territoire de la Ville de Cognac d'une capacité nominale de 5 m³ destinée aux besoins du service Propreté Urbaine. L'utilisation faite par le service de la propreté de la ville de Cognac est estimée à 2 000 h par an en configuration « Travail ». Dans l'hypothèse où la balayeuse neuve ne pourrait être livrée dans un délai de 7 jours à compter de la notification du marché, le prestataire devra mettre à disposition de la Ville dans ce même délai une machine d'occasion, conforme aux exigences minimales décrites dans le présent CCTP (Voir 3A et 3B). La machine neuve devra être livrée dans un délai maximum de 6 mois à compter de la notification du marché
