La ville propose 4 ou 5 voyages par an, répartis comme suit : - 1 voyage dans une ville jumelée (environ 4 jours pour 44 personnes), - 2 à 3 séjours en France (2 jours / 1 nuit pour 44 personnes), - 1 voyage à l'étranger (environ 7 jours pour 24 personnes). Durée moyenne : entre 2 et 7 jours. Prestations incluses : - Hébergement, - Programme détaillé (ateliers et/ou visites), - Pension complète (buffet matin, midi et soir en hôtel continental), - Transferts, transport (avion, train ou autocar) et déplacements sur place entre les visites. Garanties obligatoires : - Rapatriement, - Annulation en cas de maladie, accident ou décès, - Annulation si effectif non atteint. Accompagnement : - Les voyages peuvent être organisés avec ou sans agents municipaux accompagnateurs. - Pour les séjours touristiques (hors villes jumelées), un accompagnateur-guide référent doit être mis à disposition par le titulaire sur place pendant toute la durée du séjour
