Description
Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, Generalplanerleistungen für den Ausbau der Strohgäubahn zwischen Korntal und Ditzingen-Heimerdingen zu vergeben. Der Auftragnehmer erbringt dabei zunächst als Generalplaner mit Steuerungsfunktion über alle Gewerke die Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 nach HOAI für die Leistungsbilder Verkehrsanlagen, Ingenieurbauwerke (Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung), technische Ausrüstung und Landschaftspflegerischer Begleitplan sowie die für eine Genehmigungsplanung erforderlichen Gutachten in der für die Leistungsphase 2 notwendigen Tiefe. Planungsziel ist ein wirtschaftlicher, genehmigungsfähiger Zielzustand, der mit einem Vorplanungsheft nach DB Ril 809 einschließlich abgestimmter Vorzugsvariante als Grundlage für die anschließende Nutzen-Kosten-Untersuchung abzuschließen ist.
