Description
Gegenstand der Generalplaner-Ausschreibung ist die denkmalgerechte energetische Grundinstandsetzung (GI) und Weiterentwicklung des Gebäudes F auf dem Busbetriebshof Indira-Gandhi-Straße (BFI). Die Weiterentwicklung umfasst die Modernisierung der bestehenden Werkstatt und Integration der Ausstattung für die Wartung und Instandsetzung von Elektrobussen. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet sie die Neuorganisation der Büro-, Sozial-, Technik-, Werkstatt- und Lagerflächen innerhalb der Riegelanbauten sowie die Aufstockung des östlichen Riegels zur Erweiterung der Sozial- und Technikflächen. Die geplanten Maßnahmen sind genehmigungspflichtig.
