Description
Der Lausitz Science Park (LSP) gliedert sich in insgesamt fünf Teilprojekte, die technisch und funktional eng miteinander verbunden sind und in ihrer Gesamtheit ein zusammenhängendes Vorhaben bilden. Die Gesamtleistung der Quartiersversorgung wurde im Rahmen der vergaberechtlich gebotenen Losaufteilung zum Schutz und zur Förderung des Mittelstands gemäß § 97 Abs. 4 GWB in zwei eigenständige Teile aufgeteilt. Durch die Aufteilung soll insbesondere mittelständischen Planungsbüros die Möglichkeit eröffnet werden, sich entsprechend ihrer fachlichen Spezialisierung und Leistungsfähigkeit an der Vergabe zu beteiligen. Die Aufteilung der Quartiersversorgung erfolgt dabei sachgerecht nach den Anlagengruppen der technischen Ausrüstung gemäß HOAI. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist Teil 1 der Quartiersversorgung, die Fachplanung der Wärme- und Kälteerzeugung für den gesamten Quartiersbereich.
