Description
Das Neue Rathaus der Stadt Göttingen ist am Hiroshimaplatz 1 - 4 verortet. Es besteht aus mehreren Baukörpern, die sich aus einem hochhausartigen Turm sowie einem mehrgeschossigen Ergänzungsbau (fortlaufend als 3. BA benannt) zusammensetzen. Beide Gebäudeteile sind im Erdgeschoss miteinander verbunden. Gegenstand der geplanten Maßnahme ist die Sanierung des mangelhaften Gefällebetons der Tiefgarage im 3. BA. Zum besseren Verständnis wird dieser Bereich im Weiteren mit Tiefgarage "A" bezeichnet. Das Neue Rathaus hat eine zweite Tiefgarage, die sich im sogenannten 1. Bauabschnitt, unter dem Turm befindet. Zum besseren Verständnis wird dieser Bereich im Weiteren mit Tiefgarage "B" bezeichnet. Hier muss eine umfangreiche Sanierung und Instandsetzung durchgeführt werden. 1.
