Description
Im Sinne des Ganztagsanspruchs wird eine enge räumlich-funktionale Verknüpfung zwischen den auf dem Gelände befindlichen Gebäuden, u.a. zur Nutzung gemeinsamer Räume (z. B. Aula, Sporthalle oder Schule), angestrebt. Als Grundlagenermittlung ist in den ersten Planungsphasen der beschriebene Standort mit seinen bereits vorhandenen Gebäudeteilen und flächenmäßigen Gegebenheiten zu untersuchen und daraus ein tragfähiges Nutzungskonzept für den Gesamtstandort in Abstimmung mit dem Nutzer/ Auftraggeber zu entwickeln. Ein besonderes Augenmerk gilt auch der Betrachtung der Sporthalle im Zuge der Grund-lagenermittlung. Der augenscheinlich desolate bauliche Zustand sowie die unzulänglichen räumlichen Kapazitäten können einen Ersatzneubau notwendig machen. Es ist da-von auszugehen, dass voraussichtlich eine neue Zweifeld- Sporthalle den aktuellen Bestandsbau ersetzen wird.
