Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Sachverständigenleistungen Strahlenschutz (strahlenschutztechnische Planungs- und Baubegleitung) im Rahmen des Neubaus Zentralklinikum - 2. Bauabschnitt am Universitätsklinikum Bonn. Das Universitätsklinikum Bonn (UKB) errichtet als Maximalversorger einen Ersatzneubau für das Operative Zentrum als zweiten Bauabschnitt des neuen Zentralklinikums im funktionalen Zusammenhang mit dem im Bau befindlichen Herzzentrum (1. Bauabschnitt). Das Gebäude umfasst Erdgeschoss, vier Obergeschosse und ein Untergeschoss mit u. a. Zentral-OP mit 16 OP-Sälen, Intensivpflege mit 48 Betten, Allgemeinpflege mit 130 Betten, Ambulanzflächen sowie CT- und MRT-Diagnostik; die Nutzfläche beträgt ca. 17.000 m². Strahlenschutzrelevant sind nach derzeitigem Planungsstand insbesondere zwei CT-Räume für Interventionen, drei CT-Räume mit Narkose, drei Eingriffsräume, ein Gipsraum, die Intensivstation mit 48 Einbettzimmern (mobile Röntgenarbeiten), zwei Hybrid-OP…
