Description
Die Gemeinde Borstel-Hohenraden plant die Sanierung und Erweiterung der bestehenden alten Turnhalle in Borstel-Hohenraden mit dem Ziel, das Gebäude zu einem modernen Multifunktionsgebäude umzunutzen. Es sollen Räumlichkeiten für die Dorfgemeinschaft, Vereine, Schule und weitere Nutzergruppen geschaffen werden. Vorgesehen sind ein großer Veranstaltungssaal, ein multifunktionales Foyer mit Nutzung als Sitzungssaal, eine Küche mit Ausgabebereich, eine fest installierte Bühne mit Backstage- und Lagerbereich sowie Büro- und Archivflächen. Die bestehenden Gymnastikräume bleiben erhalten und werden in das Gesamtkonzept integriert. Ergänzend werden ausreichend Lager-, Abstell- und flexibel nutzbare Mehrzweckflächen geschaffen, um eine wirtschaftliche und bedarfsgerechte Nutzung des Gebäudes sicherzustellen.
