Projektbeschreibung: Der Kreis Offenbach plant den Neubau einer Förderschule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung in Rodgau. Der Schulneubau soll auf einem Grundstück in Rodgau-Dudenhofen südlich der Claus-von-Stauffenberg-Schule errichtet werden. +++ Leistungsumfang: Beauftragt wird die Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung nach §§ 49 ff. HOAI sowie das Leistungsbild Bauphysik nach Anlage 1 Nummer 1.2.1 HOAI und Leistungen für den bauordnungsrechtlichen Brandschutz nach Heft Nr. 17 der AHO-Schriftenreihe. +++ Projektzeitraum: Ein Projektstart ist im ersten Quartal 2027 vorgesehen. Für Planung und Bau ist ein Zeitraum von etwa rd. 4 Jahren geplant. +++ Projektkosten: Es ist ein Gesamtbudget für die Kostengruppe 200-600 von rund 35,15 Millionen Euro netto angesetzt. Davon entfallen rd. 21,46 Millionen Euro netto auf die KG 300 und rd. 10,97 Millionen Euro netto auf die KG 400. Für die Außenanlagen sind 1,20 Millionen Euro netto und für die nichtöffentliche Erschließung weitere 700.000…
