Description
Die WHG Wohnungsbau- und Hausverwaltungs- GmbH beabsichtigt, das Bauwerk Breite Str. 58 zu sanieren und zu modernisieren. Mit den geplanten Maßnahmen soll der Gebrauchs- und Wohnwert erhöht werden. Der vorhandene Leerstand soll abgebaut und neue Wohnflächen durch den geplanten Dachgeschossausbau geschaffen werden. Die allgemeinen Wohnverhältnisse und der Wohnkomfort sollen gegenüber dem Status Quo deutlich verbessert werden. Weiterhin soll ein nachhaltiges Wärme- und Energieversorgungskonzept realisiert werden, was fossile Brennstoff vermeidet und/oder auf das Notwendige reduziert.
