Generalplanung: Objektplanung Gebäude gem. § 34 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 HOAI, Tragwerksplanung gem. § 51 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1 - 6 und 8 HOAI, Restauratorische Fachplanung Gegenstand des Verhandlungsverfahrens sind die Planungen von Sicherungsmaßnahmen der Klosterruine für die Maßnahmen der Priorität 1 und 2. Der Auftrag wird als Generalplanerleistung vergeben. Der Generalplaner übernimmt die eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Planungs- und Fachdisziplinen. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Denkmalbehörden zu führen. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen erfolgt stufenweise.
