Description
Generalsanierung mit energetischer Maßnahme des Rathaus-Standort Münchner Straße 70 in Unterföhring sowie der dort belegenen Tiefgarage mit folgenden wesentliche Zielstellungen: -Umgestaltung der Büro- und Arbeitsplatzflächen (auch im Hinblick auf möglichst flexible Nutzungskonzepte) und Schaffung eines möglichst flexibel gestalteten Raumbuchs; hierzu gibt es bereits ein Raumkonzept, das ursprünglich für einen Neubau angedacht war. - Aufgrund der Änderung der Rahmenbedingungen wird der Neubau durch die Gemeinde nicht realisiert. Das Raumkonzept sollte jedoch weitgehendst in das neu zu erstellende Raumbuch übernommen werden, soweit dies ohne zusätzliche Kosten möglich ist. - Aktuell sind 84 Arbeitsplätze im Gebäude. Diese sollen auf min. 90 Arbeitsplätze erhöht werden. - Schaffung von Aufenthalts- und Sozialräume für das Personal der Gemeinde. - Schaffung bzw.
