Description
Teilprojekt 1 umfasst den Neubau eines Labor- und Bürogebäudes für die Medizin (2. Bauabschnitt) mit geschätzten Baukosten von ca. 65 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 200-500); der Baubeginn ist für 05/2028 und das Bauende für 05/2031 vorgesehen. Teilprojekt 2 betrifft ein Lehrgebäude für die Medizin (3. Bauabschnitt) und ist als optionaler Leistungsbestandteil ausgestaltet, der nur nach Abruf beauftragt wird; der 3. Bauabschnitt umfasst u. a. Praktikumslabore, Mikroskopiersäle, Seminarräume, Hörsäle, eine Bibliothek und eine Cafeteria. Die geschätzten Baukosten liegen hier bei ca. 74 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 200-500); der Baubeginn ist für 07/2029 und das Bauende für 07/2032 angestrebt. Die Umsetzung des Projekts soll unter Anwendung der BIM?Methodik erfolgen; der Auftragnehmer übernimmt im BIM?Prozess die Rolle der BIM-Fachkoordination.
