Description
Unter dieser Rahmenvereinbarung verpflichtet sich der Auftragnehmer zur Herstellung und sofern von der Auftraggeberin gefordert, der Lieferung von Kartons gemäß den technischen Spezifikationen in Anlage 1 "Leistungsbeschreibung" (auf Wunsch der Auftraggeberin evtl. mit geringfügigen Abweichungen bezüglich der Abmessungen) an die in Anlage 4 "Lieferorte" genannten Lieferadressen, bzw. falls anwendbar, an weitere Lieferadressen in der EU.
