Description
Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem leistungsfähigen Auftragnehmer, der die organisatorische, technische und vertragliche Abwicklung des Fahrradleasings koordiniert und die Einbindung einer zugelassenen Leasinggesellschaft sowie geeigneter Versicherungsunternehmen sicherstellt. Ziel ist ein rechtssicheres, wirtschaftliches und nutzerfreundliches Verfahren mit möglichst geringem Verwaltungsaufwand für den Auftraggeber. Die Prozesse sollen digital, transparent und in deutscher Sprache durchgeführt werden. Beschäftigte und Bedienstete sollen auf ein breites Händlernetz, verlässliche Versicherungs- und Inspektionsleistungen sowie eine umfassende Absicherung bei vorzeitigen Beendigungsfällen zugreifen können.
