Description
Für das Institut für Hygiene und Umwelt (HU) und Hamburg Wasser soll ein neues Labor- und Institutsgebäude errichtet werden. Ziel ist ein Büro- und Verwaltungsneubau, der den aktuellen Anforderungen moderner Laborgebäude entspricht und einen möglichst reibungs-losen sowie effizienten Betriebsablauf gewährleistet. Das Vorhaben umfasst die Nutzung als Labor- und Bürogebäude mit einer Gesamtnutzungsfläche von ca. 24.500 m2 (NUF) bzw. ca. 49.585 m2 Bruttogrundfläche (BGF) oberirdisch. Errichtet werden soll es in Ham-burg-Mitte auf dem Grundstück Bullenhuser Damm/ Großmannstraße, auf ca. 12.000 m2 Fläche. Die Arbeitsschwerpunkte des Instituts für Hygiene und Umwelt (ca. 300 Mitarbeitende) liegen in Lebensmittelsicherheit und Zoonosen, Hygiene und Infektionsmedizin so-wie Umweltuntersuchungen, ergänzt durch die Abteilung Service und Steuerung. Die vor-gesehene Nutzung macht eine räumliche Gliederung der einzelnen Funktionsbereiche in öffentliche und nichtöffentlich zugängliche Bereiche…
