1 STK Hochtemperaturanlage mit 8 Prozessstationen / Rohren mit Beladeeinrichtungen für Hochtemperatur- und LP-CVD Prozesse, vorwiegend für monokristalline Siliziumwafer. - Footprint der Gesamtanlage nicht größer als 400cm x 600cm x 295cm (L x B x H). - Besteht das Gesamtsystem aus mehreren Einzelanlagen / Teilen müssen alle Anlagen innerhalb des angegebenen Footprints aufgestellt werden können. - Vom angegebenen Footprint ausgenommen sind ausschließlich eine etwaige Bedienkonsole, diese darf separat auf einem max. 180cmx80cm messenden Tisch untergebracht werden und die Vakuum-Pumpen, welche innerhalb eines Service-Bereichs untergebracht werden dürfen. - Bei zwei gekoppelten Einzelanlagen: ist eine an der Rückwand gespiegelte Konfiguration (eine Anlage mit Beladestationen rechts, eine Anlage mit Beladestationen links) vorzusehen - Alle 8 Prozessstationen sind auf die parallele Bearbeitung von mindestens 13 Stück Wafer pro Prozess auszulegen. - Die verarbeitbaren Durchmesser der Wafer…
