Das Landeslabor Schleswig-Holstein plant innerhalb des Geschäftsbereiches 5 im Bereich der Rückstands- und Kontaminantenanalytik die Beschaffung eines LC-Triple-Quadrupol-Massenspektrometers (LC-MS/MS) höchster Empfindlichkeit, Identifizierungssicherheit und Robustheit für den Nachweis und die Quantifizierung von Tierarzneimittelrückständen (unter anderem Antibiotika, Sedativa und NSAIDs) in tierischen Matrices und Lebensmitteln tierischer Herkunft sowie Marinen Biotoxinen in Muscheln und Muschelerzeugnissen. Das System wird im Rahmen des Nationalen Rückstandskontrollplans und der amtlichen Lebensmittelüberwachung eingesetzt.
