Description
Beschafft wird eine gemeinsam genutzte Plattform für zelluläre und translationale Langzeitexperimente mit nukleinsäurebasierten Interventionen. Das System muss mindestens vier Mikrotiterplatten unbeaufsichtigt kultivieren (37 °C, 5 % CO2, Feuchte), automatisch transportieren und wiederholt im Spinning-Disk-Konfokal- und Weitfeld-Fluoreszenzmodus sowie markierungsfrei im Hellfeld abbilden. Zum Lieferumfang gehören Objektive von 4× bis 60× Wasserimmersion, ein reproduzierbarer Autofokus, eine Injektoreinheit für zeitgesteuerte Substanzzugabe sowie Software zur automatisierten Bildverarbeitung und quantitativen Analyse. Die Finanzierung erfolgt aus öffentlichen Forschungsmitteln.
