1. Beschaffungsgegenstand Beschafft werden soll ein konfokales Laser-Scanning-Mikroskop zur hochauflösenden mikroskopischen Untersuchung biologischer Proben und biomaterialbasierter Systeme. 2. Anwendungsbereich Das System wird für Forschungsarbeiten in den Bereichen Zellbiologie, Biomaterialien, 3D-Zellkulturen und strukturierte Proben eingesetzt. Es soll die hochauflösende Abbildung von Proben, die Erfassung von Fluoreszenzsignalen sowie die Analyse dreidimensionaler Strukturen ermöglichen. 3. Funktionale Anforderungen Das System muss insbesondere geeignet sein für: - konfokale Fluoreszenzmikroskopie - optische Schichtaufnahmen und Z-Stacks - hochauflösende Bildaufnahme biologischer und biomaterialbezogener Proben - Mehrkanalaufnahmen - quantitative Bildauswertung - Dokumentation und Export der Bilddaten 4.
