Ein Pulver-Röntgendiffraktometer (PXRD) zur Überprüfung der chemischen und der Phasenreinheit, Abweichungen der Zusammensetzung und Aufklärung von Struktur-Eigenschafts-Korrelationen von Pulverproben aus anorganischen kristallinen Materialien. Wir wollen viele Proben zügig und automatisiert vermessen, bei geringen Probenmengen und ohne Abstriche an der Messgenauigkeit. Wir möchten flexibel unterschiedliche Messgeometrien (z.B. ähnlich zu Debye-Scherrer- and Bragg-Brentano-Geometrien) im Gerät einstellen können und auch unseren bestehenden Reaktionskammerofen für temperaturabhängige Messungen nutzen.
