Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Einkauf von Serienmobiliar (System- und sonstiges Serienmobiliar) sowie Arbeitsplatzstühlen und Beleuchtung, hauptsächlich für den Ersatz von Bestandsmobiliar sowie die Erstausstattung von Gebäudebereichen aufgrund von Nutzungsänderungen im Hauptquartier der EASA am Standort Köln, und für die Ergänzungsausstattung des Kontaktbüros der EASA in Brüssel. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: Lieferung, funktionsfertige Montage und Aufstellen der beschriebenen Produkte am Verwendungsort einschließlich Abladen, ggf. Lagern auf der Verwendungsstelle, Entsorgung von anfallenden Abfällen, gegebenenfalls Wartung und Reparaturen.
