Description
Der BLB NRW schreibt zentral für alle Dienststellen des Landes NRW (Bedarfsstellen) als auch für sich selbst den Bedarf an Verbrauchsmaterialien der Produkthauptgruppen Leuchtmittel, Elektrozubehör, Hygienebedarf sowie Reinigungsbedarf aus. Mit den bezuschlagten Lieferanten wird ein Rahmenvertrag geschlossen. Den Bedarfsstellen werden die Daten der Verbrauchsmaterialen nach Zuschlagserteilung in dem webbasierten Bestellsystems des Einkaufskataloges NRW (VKA), aus dem alle Dienststellen des Landes NRW (einschließlich des BLB NRW mit seinen sieben Niederlassungen) abrufen, zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Bedarfsstellen rufen Ihren Bedarf jeweils direkt über den Einkaufskatalog NRW ab und bestimmen Art und Umfang der Lieferungen sowie die Anlieferstelle selbst.
