Im Omnibusbetriebshof der Stadtwerke Passau GmbH, Mühlweg 28, 94036 Passau befindet sich die betriebliche Tankstelle. Die Kraftstoffe werden in unterirdischen Tanks mit Fassungsvermögen von 200.000 Liter für Diesel, 50.000 Liter für Super und 50.000 Liter für HVO 100 gelagert. Die Stadtwerke Passau GmbH beabsichtigt den Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen über die Belieferung mit Dieselkraftstoff (Los 1), Super-Kraftstoff E5 (Los 2) und HVO 100 (Los 3).
