Description
Die dynamische Fahrgastinformation ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Kundeninformation der Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG (DVB). Sie stellt Fahrgästen an Haltestellen in Echtzeit Informationen zu Abfahrten, Betriebsstörungen und weiteren reiserelevanten Ereignissen zur Verfügung. Um die langfristige Betriebsfähigkeit sowie die technologische Weiterentwicklung dieser Systeme sicherzustellen, beabsichtigt die DVB die Erneuerung des zentralen Hintergrundsystems für die Fahrgastinformation. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Implementierung, Migration und Inbetriebnahme eines neuen zentralen Hintergrundsystems für die dynamische Fahrgastinformation an Haltestellen der DVB.
