1. Beschaffungsgegenstand Beschafft werden soll ein plattenbasiertes qPCR-System mit mindestens 96 Reaktionspositionen zur quantitativen Analyse von Nukleinsäuren. Systeme im 96-Well- oder 384-Well-Format sind zulässig; ein 384-Well-Format ist keine Mindestanforderung. 2. Anwendungsbereich Das System wird für molekularbiologische Anwendungen eingesetzt, insbesondere zur Analyse von Genexpression, zur Quantifizierung von Nukleinsäuren und für standardisierte qPCR-basierte Untersuchungen im Bereich der biomedizinischen Forschung und Genomik. 3. Funktionale Anforderungen Das System muss insbesondere geeignet sein für: - Real-Time-PCR-Messungen - quantitative Genexpressionsanalysen (RT-qPCR) - absolute und relative Quantifizierung von Nukleinsäuren - Schmelzkurvenanalysen - Multiplex-Analysen - Genotypisierungs- und Copy Number Variation (CNV)-Anwendungen - Auswertung und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse 4.
