1. Beschaffungsgegenstand Beschafft werden soll ein Rotationsrheometer zur Analyse rheologischer Eigenschaften und zur mechanischen Charakterisierung weicher Materialien. 2. Anwendungsbereich Das System wird insbesondere für Forschungsarbeiten an biologischen Proben, Hydrogelen, weichen Polymeren und Elastomeren eingesetzt. Im Vordergrund stehen Messungen an sehr weichen Materialien im niedrigen Kraft- und Drehmomentbereich. 3. Funktionale Anforderungen Das System muss insbesondere geeignet sein für: - oszillatorische und rotatorische Messungen - Bestimmung viskoelastischer Kennwerte wie G', G"? und tan - Gelierungskinetik - Creep-/Recovery-Messungen - Fließkurven und stationäre Messungen - Messungen im niedrigen Messbereich mit hoher Drehmoment- und Winkelauflösung 4.
