Description
Die BWI erwägt 1 Rahmenvertrag mit 1 Wirtschaftsteilnehmer zum Aufbau einer KI Plattform mit diversen Funktionen (u.a. LLM). im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahewettbewerb zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 7 Jahren abgeschlossen. Bei dieser Vergabe handelt es sich um den Aufbau einer KI Plattform zusammen mit einem strategischen Parner. Diese strategische Partnerschaft umfasst: Die Bereitstellung von KI-Modellen und Überlassung von KI-Modulen sowie die dazugehörigen Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen. Zudem werden weitere softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen im Rahmen der Implemntierung, Installation und Weiterentwicklung der Modelle und Module auf die KI Plattform benötigt.
