Description
Gesucht wird ein Anbieter für die Einführung und den Cloud-Betrieb einer Branchenlösung (Planung & Workforce-Management) für Netzbetreiber. Die Software muss folgende Bausteine umfassen: "PLAN" für den iMSys-Rollout sowie "PL-ZÄ" zur Abbildung des gesamten Zähler-Lebenszyklus (Gas, Wasser, Strom) inklusive Lifecycle-Management, Workflowsteuerung und SILKE-Anforderungen. Die Disposition ("DISPO") hat die ressourcenoptimierte Planung und Zuordnung von Aufträgen an interne Techniker sicherzustellen. Für den Außendienst ist eine mobile Lösung ("MOBIL") erforderlich, die Auftragsabwicklung, Zeit-/Materialerfassung, Dokumentation und digitale Unterschriften unterstützt. Ein Dienstleisterportal ("DL-PORTAL") muss externen Partnern bei der Auftragsbearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung eines Offline-Modus dienen. Zwingend sind zudem Schnittstellen zur Synchronisation von Stammdaten mit dem internen SAP S/4 HANA System sowie zur revisionssicheren Archivierung in Enaio. Abgerundet wird das Paket…
