Description
Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst Pflegeleistungen nebst Störungsbeseitigung für diverse Softwareprodukte von OpenText (vormals Micro Focus, Rechtsnachfolger OpenText) sowie die dauerhafte Überlassung weiterer Neulizenzen nebst Pflegeleistungen und Störungsbeseitigung für den Zeitraum von insgesamt maximal zwei Jahren mittels Beauftragung eines Fulfillment Agent. Die Konditionen ergeben sich aus einem bestehenden MLA-Vertrag. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten mit einmaliger, aktiver Verlängerungsoption um weitere 12 Monate und beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung, frühestens jedoch am 01.12.2026. Geschätzte Abnahmemengen: Die Gesamtanzahl an Bestandslizenzen verschiedenster Micro Focus Softwareprodukte beträgt insgesamt derzeit 41.254 Stück. Der geschätzte Bedarf an Pflegeleistungen nebst Störungsbeseitigung für die Bestandslizenzen beträgt daher jährlich ebenfalls 41.254 Stück.
