Description
Im Rahmen der gegenständlichen EU-Ausschreibung soll ein Bewerber gefunden werden, der eine für Netzbetreiber branchenspezifische Workforcemanagement Standardsoftwarelösung, mit den u.g. Leistungsbausteinen, einführt und in einer Cloudumgebung betreibt. - Der Leistungsbaustein Dienstleisterportal ("DL-PORTAL") umfasst die vollständige digitale Auftragsabwicklung für externe Partner. Dies reicht von der dispositorischen Zuordnung und Bereitstellung aller Auftragsinformationen über die aktive Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Checklisten und digitalen Formularen (inkl. Unterschriftsfunktion) bis hin zur Dokumentation durch Fotos und Plausibilitätsprüfungen. Eine zentrale Synchronisation sowie der Zugriff auf relevante Dokumente gewährleisten dabei stets den aktuellen Datenstand. Der Funktionsumfang deckt zudem den gesamten Netzbau-Lebenszyklus ab und beinhaltet spezifische Anforderungen für die Phasen Planung, Bauausführung, Vermessung, Aufmaß/Abrechnung sowie den finalen Projektabschluss…
