Description
Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung, Integration und der Betrieb eines Statistik- und Analysewerkzeugs als SaaS-Lösung zur Auswertung der Nutzung eines Social Intranets auf Basis von SharePoint Online. Das Intranet ist als SharePoint-Hub-Webseite organisiert und umfasst derzeit ca. 50 eigenständige Sites mit ca. 26.000 Dokumenten und ca. 6.000 Seiten. Das Nutzungsvolumen liegt bei ca. 1,3 bis 2,0 Mio. Seitenaufrufen pro Monat (ca. 20 Mio. pro Jahr). Ziel ist die Bereitstellung belastbarer, nachvollziehbarer und wiederholbar auswertbarer Nutzungskennzahlen und Reports für Redaktion und befugte Auswertungsrollen sowie die sichere Integration in den M365 Tenant der Bundesbank.
