Description
Gegenstand der auszuschreibenden Leistung ist die Fortführung und der Betrieb der Informationsstelle "Fahrradparken". Dem BALM wurde die Projektträgerschaft für das Sonderprogramm "Stadt und Land" (SP "S&L") übertragen. Hierzu zählt auch der Betrieb der im Jahr 2021 eingerichteten Informationsstelle, die Kommunen sowie weitere relevante Akteure durch fachliche Beratung, Wissenstransfer, Informationsangebote und praxisorientierte Arbeitshilfen bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Fahrradabstellanlagen und Fahrradparkhäusern unterstützt. Die derzeitige Beauftragung endet zum 31.12.2027; die Informationsstelle soll ab dem 01.01.2028 fortgeführt und fachlich sowie inhaltlich bedarfsgerecht weiterentwickelt werden. Die weitere Entwicklung des Handlungsfeldes und die bis zum Jahr 2030 bestehende Verwaltungsvereinbarung des SP "S&L" begründen auch über das Jahr 2027 hinaus einen erheblichen Informations- und Unterstützungsbedarf.
