Description
Der Landkreis Hildesheim hat Kindertagespflegepersonen, welche im gesamten Kreisgebiet, neben den Kindertagesstätten, die Aufgabe der Kindertagesbetreuung übernehmen. Es liegt ein großes Interesse darauf, diese Kindertagespflegepersonen entsprechend zu schulen und weiterzubilden, um eine angemessen hohe Betreuungsqualität herzustellen. Daher ist vorgesehen, ein allgemeines Fortbildungsprogramm für die Kindertagespflegepersonen zur Verfügung zu stellen, sowie die Qualifizierungskurse nach QHB anzubieten. Darüber hinaus soll eine Zusatzqualifizierung für Inklusion angeboten werden, um den steigenden Inklusionsbedarf auch über die Kindertagespflege mit abdecken zu können.
