Lieferung von digitalen Wasserzählern für die Jahre 2027 bis 2029 mit folgenden Klassen / Losen: Los 1a - Q3=4 Los 1b - Q3=4 Los 2 - Q3=10 Los 3 - Q3=16 Losaufteilung – Los 1: Es werden nur Angebote gewertet, welche für beide Teillose (a und b) eingereicht werden. Das heißt, dass wenn man ein Angebot für das Los 1 abgeben möchte, sowohl für das Los 1a als auch für das Los 1b ein Angebot einreichen muss. Die Vergabe der Lose erfolgt gemäß der Anlage „Zuschlagskriterien und Gewichtung“ an die jeweils wirtschaftlichsten Anbieter für die Teillose. Sollte ein Bieter für beide Teillose (Los 1a UND Los 1b) das wirtschaftlichste Angebot eingereicht haben, so erfolgt für diesen Bieter die Vergabe auf das Teillos a und das Teillos b wird an das zweitwirtschaftlichste Angebot vergeben. Die Vergabe beider Teillose (Los 1a und Los 1b) an denselben Bieter ist ausgeschlossen.
