A Körös-Maros Nemzeti Park Igazgatóság a 2027. évi mezőgazdasági munkacsúcsában felmerülő munkálatok, illetve egyéb adminisztratív többletfeladatai egy részét munkaerő-kölcsönzés igénybevételével tervezi elvégezni. A kölcsönzött munkavállalók érintett főbb munkakörei: - FEOR: 8421 Mezőgazdasági erőgépkezelő (pl. mezőgazdasági, erdőgazdasági, növényvédő gép kezelője) - FEOR: 9331 Állatgondozó (egyszerű mezőgazdasági foglalkozású) - FEOR: 5113 Bolti eladó - FEOR: 7529 Egyéb fizikai munkakör (egyéb munkakör építési, szerelési foglalkozású) - FEOR: 9119 Egyéb takarító és kisegítő - FEOR: 2167; 2131; 2132; 2611; 3611; 3910; Adminisztratív munkakör Ajánlatkérő a kölcsönzött munkavállalóknak munkakörök szerint, illetve a munkakörökön belül is differenciált bért fizet, az alábbiak szerint: - 322 800 – 550 000,- Ft/fő/hó bruttó bérsáv: mezőgazdasági erőgépkezelő, állatgondozó, bolti eladó, egyéb fizikai munkakör.
